One of the most influential people in the world,Adele, 24, is expecting her first child with her fiancé, Simon Konecki, she announced Friday on her blog.
“I’m delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together,” a note on her website states. “I wanted you to hear the news direct from me, obviously we’re over the moon and very excited but please respect our privacy at this precious time. Yours always, Adele xx.”
“Simon” is Adele‘s boyfriend Simon Konecki, the head of the charity Drop4Drop which brings clean water to developing countries. The two have been dating since last year. She told Vogue of Simon earlier this year.
