Madonna seems to be on a world tour of showing her body. After a nip-slip in Turkey this week we find out that she showed off her butt during a concert in Italy on Tuesday.


During her song, Human Nature Madge unzipped her pants and exposed her thong to the crowd. 

This woman is 53 by the way.. she probably still thinks she's hot...
